What the money goes to:
$25 can provide a small Maine classroom with books for a month.
$50 can provide a mid-sized to large classroom with books for a month.
$100 can provide about a half year of books for first graders in a small classroom in Maine.
$474 can provide a month's worth of books for first graders in Augusta schools
$500 can provide a year's worth of books (1 book per month) for a typical larger Maine first grade classroom
$1000 can provide a typical school with two first grade classrooms a year's worth of books for that school's first graders
$1545 can provide a month's worth of books for 1st graders in Portland schools
