My Story…

I have just started running this year and I am doing my first 5km race next weekend to help support this year event charity. "We will be raising funds for Project Watershed, a local Comox Valley charity. Funds raised through our event will focus on the Kus-Kus-Sum Project. As part of our Estuary Stewardship, Project Watershed has committed to the restoration of the Field Sawmill site in partnership with the K’ómoks First Nation and City of Courtenay."
