REFUND POLICY
Each event has its own refund structure; this is based on the launch day and event day. Based on how long before the event you contact us, what you are entitled to. Options for refunds are 75%, 50% and 25% refund. We never, under no circumstance offer 100% refund.
Once the structure reaches 0% refund, these are the reasons why we will make an exception and issue a 50% discount.
- Unexpected medical problems – We will require a medical certificate.
- Injury – This will be depending on the injury and will be assessed by the team.
- Family grievance.
These are some but not exclusively, the reasons why we will not make refund.
- Change of mind
- Double booked
- Your friend/family who was running with you is now unavailable.
- Coming out of sickness and had no time to train
- Couldn’t organise babysitter
- Flight/transport got delayed

- 75% Refund- from 21st December - 10th January
- 50% Refund- from 11th January - 31st January
- 25% Refund- from 1st February - 21st February
- No Refund from 22nd of February
CANCELLATION
Sport Northland reserves the right to cancel the event at any time. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, Sport Northland deciding in its sole discretion cancellation is required due to any sort of dangerous conditions, outbreak of communicable disease, natural disaster, acts of war, terrorism and/or similar major event beyond our control.
All active entrants will be given a 50% refund of their entry fee.
Active entrants are those who have not withdrawn from the event at the time of cancellation of the event.
