The Aldergrove Ramble 4.8 and 8 K trail run is the third event of the 2026 Fraser Valley Trail Run Series. Run either a fun 4.8 K or challenging 8 K route in beautiful Aldergrove Regional Park. Expect some short steep hills, possible mud sections, great views and lots of run around every corner!

4.8K Youth Aldergrove Ramble (for those 15 and under) Limited spots available
Run the 4.8K event for kids 15 and or under. The route will have one longer hill on it and a couple of short run hills. This is the best event for young athletes looking to get ready for track and field events during the 2020 season!
