Let’s face it, not everyone is good with directions. Course Monitors guide the runners along the course, help direct the runners at the turns, and cheer the runners along the way!

Arguably one of the best volunteer posts. Be there as the runners cross the finish line; passing out water and finisher medals to the accomplished runners!

After the race, runners receive will a healthy breakfast. This volunteer post will prepare and hand out breakfast to the ever-deserving runners!

Cheer the runners on from the sidelines as they charge their way to the finish. Street monitors work with the police making sure the occasional vehicle is directed safely away from the runners.

The highlight of the event is definitely the mimosa garden! Help get the area set up to hand out mimosas.

Step on up to the bar! Ever wanted to be a bartender for a day? This volunteer position is for you! Help hand out mimosas to the thirsty finishers.

This important volunteer position helps collect garbage and recycling from the bins across the Capitol grounds. If you like to sleep in a bit, then this is the spot for you!

This position distributes awards to the overall winners and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place age group award winners.
