Packet Pickup
Please pick up your runner's packet before race day. You can pick your packet up at
Smith Physical Therapy (110 W. Woodstock St., Crystal Lake)
Friday 9/4: 3pm-6pm
Saturday 9/5: 10am-2pm
If you can not pick up your packet at either of those times, please be sure to let Coach Megan or the Smith PT+ team know. We will arrange for the packet to be at the start of the Kids' Mile.
Kids race packet pickup will NOT be available on race day at Main Beach!
Race Day
The Kids' Mile starts promptly at 9:30am at Central High School (45 W. Franklin Ave). You will want to have your runner there by 9:15am! The start line will be on Walkup Ave, between Esther and Franklin. There is a parking lot at the High School (off Walkup Ave) that you can park to drop off your child. Please allow extra time to get there, as you will have to cross the race course to do so.
There will be ~ 4-5 volunteers to help make sure all the kids get to the finish line safely. Please do not feel like you have to run with your runner unless you want to! You are welcome to meet us at the finish line with the camera ready to capture the moment! It is always the best seat in the house and will guarantee smiles all around.
