The World Airline Road Race (WARR) is a not-for-profit society, run by volunteers, who put on an event each year for airline industry professionals from all corners of the world. Our goal is to provide a worldwide athletic event, promote travel within the airline industry and foster friendships and co-ordination between airlines. The highlights of this three-day event from October 2-4, 2026, are 5K and 10K run/walks. All airline associates, their family and friends are welcome. Race day is October 4th!

Important Information:
1. Online registration will close at 23:00 on October 1, 2026. Early Bird Pricing ends April 30, 2026.
2. An online processing fee of 3.99% per booking + $1.99 USD per registrant, will be applied to your transaction total displayed.
3. All funds payable in USD.

5. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster, WorldAirlineRoadRace or Fast North Corp for your online registration into this event.
6. If you are a Non Airline registrant, please ensure you select the appropriate drop downs. Please select "NN" in the applicable drop down if you are not employed directly by an airline. Family members must be booked as non-airline please.
7. The cost to transfer your registration to another person is $2.00 USD.
8. All entries are Non-Refundable and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated in the event “Registration and Cancellation Policy”.
9. As a condition of entry, the participant will agree to the “Release, Indemnity and Conditions of Entry”, “Registration and Cancellation Policy”, and “COVID-19 Guidelines and Agreement”.
10. Participants must be 12 years of age on race day to participate in the 5K. Participants under 18 years of age must have a statement signed by their parent or legal guardian permitting them to participate.
11. All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
