The 4th annual River City Summer Slam ride, presented by Major Taylor Cycling Club of North Florida continues with another great weekend, starting at the Mayport Naval Station.

There are THREE different ROAD route options to accommodate cyclists of all different skill levels!

All participants without an active military ID (e.g., active duty, reserve, retired, DOD) must provide the DOB and Last 4 of SSN information during registration.
If you are bringing guests during the entire period of this event, please complete the Non-Rider registration for each guest.
Individuals who do not complete the registration form and are not affiliated with the military will not have access to the base.

- Confirmation number will be released and also the cancellation policy will be explained. (1600, 4pm prior to arrival guest must contact the front desk to cancel the reservation and request a cancellation number with name of the associate.
- Guest who do NOT hold a Military ID (active duty, retired or dependent), CAC, VA ID with base access, will need to be sponsored on the base as well as at check in to the Navy Lodge. Sponsorship is covered through each participant and guest registration.

Weather Cancellation Policies
This is a Rain or Shine event. No refunds or transfers.
The safety of our participants and volunteers is our most important concern and if any of the threatening weather conditions are present the day of the event (tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorm, heavy rain or a hurricane decides to visit), the event may be delayed or canceled.
When weather conditions or other physical conditions present a danger to participants, such conditions fall under the label “acts of mother nature,” it will not result in refunding of any event entry fees or future event credits, since funds were already spent in preparation for your event day.
