C.O.P.S. and Joggers 5K/10K Run
A community-driven run honoring fallen officers —and recognizing Minnesota's active law enforcment.
Join us at Lake Phalen in St. Paul for the 3rd annual C.O.P.S. and Joggers 5K/10K.
A community-driven event bringing together runners, walkers, families, and law enforcement.
This year's run places special emphasis on recognizing the commitment, resilience, and service of Minnesota's active law enforcment officers during an especially challenging time.
Proceeds from the event support the Minnesota Chapter of Police Survivors (MN C.O.P.S).
This run is rooted in respect, gratitude, and community — honoring those we lost and standing with those who continue to serve.
Registration Options
Adult (18+):
5K - $40
10K - $50
(Prices increase by 5 dollars on April 19)
Youth (17 and under):
5K - $20
10K - $25
(Prices increase by 5 dollars on April 19)
Virtual (All Ages)
5K or 10K - $35 (flat rate)
Family Registration (up to 5 participants) - $120
- Covers 3-5 family members at a flat rate
- Participants may run 5K or 10K
- All family members must register together
- Additional participants register separately
- Cannot be combined with youth or other discounts
(Family pricing increases by 10 dollars on April 19)
Fallen Officer Family Discount
5K or 10K - $25 (flat rate)
