The Women Run Cape Cod 5K race is part of a larger women's fitness program that is organized by the Falmouth Running Club. This race, which is intended for women, is conducted on beautiful Cape Cod in Falmouth, Ma. The event has the purpose of empowering women and girls with the ability to encourage, motivate and strengthen each other through running. The FRC believes that every woman and girl should have the opportunity to grow and flourish through exercise.
This race will provide access to the sport of running in a safe and organized format that connects women and girls.
The mission of the FRC includes promoting and supporting the sport of running. It strives to offer competitive and recreational activities to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Falmouth Volunteers In Public Schools (VIPS), Be BOLD, Falmouth VIPS is one of the largest school volunteer programs in the region, offering volunteer-led programs for students in grade K-12. Be BOLD is a new VIPS wellness and mentorship program designed specifically for adolescent girls, with the goal of building girls’ confidence through connections to positive role models in the community, while teaching skills to discredit self-doubt, build empathy, and celebrate individuality.
