From the moment Brooks was born, our world shifted. A severe brain injury left us facing a future full of unknowns, and the word cerebral palsy was spoken before we even had time to breathe. Doctors told us to brace for the worst, that he might never gain meaningful movement or independence, and that we should prepare for a life of limitations. At the very start of his life, hope felt impossibly small. But hope found us through the incredible team at the Movement Centre. From the very first session, their expertise, dedication, and unwavering belief in Brooks lit a path forward for our family. With early and consistent therapy, Brooks has grown in ways we never dared to imagine. He can now sit independently, crawl, and there is strong hope that he will one day walk. We could not have reached this milestone without the Movement Centre -a team who embraced Brooks fully, nurturing not only his abilities but our belief that anything was possible.
