The 7-week trail clinic kicks off on May 12, 2026, at 6 pm.
Hiking Groups & Run Groups!
Each week, you’ll explore the beautiful trails of Cowichan, meeting at a different location each time. Distances range from about 4K to 7K.
Swag items, draw prizes, guest speakers, trail safety, techniques, etiquette, and more!

- Early bird registration until 5 pm on Friday, March 13 until 5 pm - $80
- To Friday, April 10, until 5 pm - $90
- To Monday, May 11, until 5 pm - $100
No registration on the event day.
