1K Kids Fun Run & Kid Zone!
The Ancaster Mill Race is pleased to offer its annual non-competitive 1km Fun Run for children age 12 and under as well as a kid zone offering interactive games for kids of all ages.
This great way to introduce kids to the benefits of active living!
This event is dedicated to the memory of the late Jim Wilkins, high school teacher and track coach, Hamilton Olympic Club coach and mentor to many young people who had the good fortune to know him.
Race Day Details
Registration will be open on Race Day from 5:00 - 6:15pm. Located in Morgan Fireston Arena
Race bib pick-up is on Race Day only, from 5:00 - 6:15pm. Located in Morgan Firestone Arena
AWARDS AND DRAW PRIZES will be at 8:15pm.
The Course
Jerseyville Rd. W. (Postans Path & Meadowbrook Dr.) will be closed to all vehicular traffic between the hours of 6:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
All other roads along 5km and 10 km race routes will have restricted access, controlled by Hamilton Police Service, to ensure the safety of the many race participants.

Parking
Event parking is available at Morgan Firestone Arena accessed from Martin's Side Road only. Additional Parking also available at Ancaster High School at 374 Jerseyville Rd. W.
Note: In/Out access parking from the school throughout the event will be available at the Meadowbrook Entrance only.
