Help Pablo raise money

This Friday evening, my brother and I (joined by some great friends) are lacing up and hitting the tarmac for the Jordan’s Run the Runway 5K at the London International Airport!

While our team name makes zero promises about our pace, we couldn’t be prouder of the cause we’re running for. This event celebrates the life and spirit of Jordan Strickland. One of the places Jordan loved most in the world was YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth (CQE) on Beausoleil Island, where he spent years first as an eager camper and later as a dedicated volunteer counselor.

CQE is a place where every child belongs - regardless of background, ability, or financial barriers. The funds raised from this run directly support YMCA camperships and youth programs through the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario, helping send kids to camp who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity. Every dollar helps create lifelong friendships, outdoor adventure, and personal growth for young people across our community.

Will our flight crew set any aviation speed records out on the runway? Not even close. But we’ll be putting in maximum effort, burning off some calf muscles, and smiling the whole way through.
