EVENT INSURANCE
Triathlon BC insurance is included in the fees
- Championship & Sport: $15.50
- Relay: $10.50
TriBC Members will be asked to enter their 2026 membership ID# and choose the appropriate Promo Code which will apply a credit of the insurance fee during the checkout process.
Membership numbers will be validated with TriBC prior to the event.
NO REFUNDS
There are absolutely no refunds, deferrals or credits issued by Squamish Off-Road Triathlon.
- Refunds can ONLY be processed if you selected the optional Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program during registration. You will then have an option to refund through their insurer Protecht. For more information Click Here.
- In the case of event cancellation by Squamish Off-Road Triathlon refunds will not be available.
- Transfers are permitted until May 15th within Sport and Championship. A fee of $5.00 will be charged.
RELAY TEAMS
- All team members register and pay individually.
- Team captains will register themselves first and provide the team name. Additional team members may then register themselves and choose to JOIN their 'pre-registered' team from a drop down list.
- Note Team Registration is not considered 'Complete' until ALL team members have registered and paid.
EVENT SOUVENIR
Every participant will receive a racer gift at package pick up.
