Crawfish Crawl 5K

We’re excited to bring new elements to this year’s event as it continues to grow! Here’s what’s in store for Crawfish Crawl 2026, presented by Downtown Clinic and powered by Brandon Main Street Association, in Downtown Brandon:
The 5K route for ages 15+ begins at 8am, taking runners and walkers through Downtown Brandon’s flat and hilly terrain. Race lineup begins on Dining Street at 7:30am, facing Mary Ann Drive, where the start line will be located. Enjoy surprise tunes along the race route! All finishers receive a Crawfish Crawl race medal and t-shirt. T-shirts are only guaranteed for those who register by April 1, 2026. Each finisher receives a beer at the finish line with their race bib. Shirts not purchased during race registration will be available for $25. Racers will be emailed a promo code for a discount on their Crawfish Crawl event ticket for crawfish by the pound.
New this year: the “Little Crawlers” Kids Fun Run for ages 4–12 features a one-mile route and begins at 8:30am. Registration is $20 and includes a t-shirt and finisher’s medal.
The race registration fee is $35 per person until March 23, 2026 at 11:45PM, and $40 after March 23 until race day.

Following the race, enjoy beer and crawfish! As a fundraiser for Brandon Main Street, Mudbugs042 will open early for ticket holders only from 10am – 2pm, and open to the public at 2pm. Crawfish Crawl event tickets are sold on a separate platform, HERE. Don’t forget to use your race registration promo code for $5 off your Crawfish Crawl event ticket.
Adult crawfish tickets include 2 lbs of crawfish. Child crawfish tickets include 1 lb of crawfish.
While enjoying your crawfish and all that Downtown Brandon has to offer, watch BHS graduate and Brandon native Cliff Speaks live paint the finish line scene from the 5K. The painting will be raffled off to benefit Brandon Main Street Association.
Enjoy live music in the Rooftop Revival parking lot from 10:30am – 2pm while you gather around a large table with family and friends. Don’t miss the Live Mudbug Race! Pick a mudbug and place your bet on which one will scurry to victory. Who will be crowned the fastest crawfish?

Littler Crawlers: Kids Fun Run

Children ages 5 - 12 years old are invited to run a FUN 1 mile route, a variation of the 5K run/walk and slightly different! Children can line up as soon as the 5K starts at 8am and their start time will be at 8:30am!

5K Race Route
Enjoy a 3.1 mile run or walk on a mix of flat and hilly terrain through part of our commercial and residential Downtown District on April 18 at 8:00am! The start and finish line for this run will be at the end of Black Street, behind Genna Benna's. We'll have you line up as early as 7:30am facing Brandon Methodist Church.
This race is for 13+ and there is an automatic $5 senior discount applied for anyone registering over the age of 65.
NEW: A 1 mile run or walk "Little Crawlers: Kids Fun Run" for ages 5 - 12 years old! This run will start at 8:15am, children may line up at the end of Black Street, facing Brandon Middle School as soon as the 8am 5K begins!
Disregard the 9am and 9:15am times listed on the map. The 5K will start at 8am and the Kids Fun Run will begin at 8:30am!
