Move your body. Support your mental health. Show up for something bigger than yourself.
This May, join thousands of people choosing movement as a way to care for their mental health. Runstreak for Mental Health is a simple, powerful challenge: move at least one mile every day during Mental Health Awareness Month — or complete 31 total miles throughout May.
Walk, run, bike, hike, roll — however you move, you belong here.
Runstreak is about consistency, not speed. It’s about showing up, even when motivation is low. It’s about reminding yourself that forward is a pace. 💚
How the Challenge Works
Participating is simple:
- Register and choose your participation level
- Move 1 mile per day in May—or complete 31 miles total throughout the month
- Track your miles in Race Roster
- Share your journey in the Still I Run community or on social using #SIRunstreak26
- Celebrate showing up for yourself all month long
Some days might feel easy. Others might feel hard. Every mile still counts.
Why Runstreak?
Movement can be a powerful tool for supporting mental health. Through Runstreak, you’re not just building a habit — you’re helping create a world where mental health is talked about openly and supported through community.
When we move together, stigma begins to fall away. Conversations open up. People feel less alone.
And every mile reminds someone — including you — that progress doesn’t have to be perfect to matter.
About Still I Run
Still I Run is a global nonprofit organization that promotes running for mental well-being so that more people can live healthier lives.
We believe movement is a powerful tool for caring for your mental health. Through free programs, supportive communities, and shared stories, we create spaces where every pace and every story is welcome.
Because no one should have to move — or struggle — alone.
