My Story…
This is my second year participating in RunStreak. During May, I’ll be running or walking at least one mile every single day to raise awareness and support for mental health. Exercise has been an important part of my own mental well-being, and I’m passionate about sharing that impact. Every mile is a reminder that small steps can lead to meaningful change.
