My Story…

Still I Run – Miles for Mental Health 💚 This May, I’m committing to walking at least 1 mile a day — with a goal of reaching 31 miles throughout the month — to support mental health awareness through the Still I Run May 5K. Mental health matters. Healing matters. Movement matters. Sometimes the smallest steps are the ones that help carry us forward. Every mile is a reminder that we are worthy of support, care, rest, and hope. 💚
