We’re kicking off our 15th Anniversary year with a brand-new twist on a beloved tradition! Mark your calendars for March 21, 2026 as we celebrate World Down Syndrome Day with the GiGi’s 5K, our biggest and most exciting race yet.

This year brings familiar favorites and fresh updates! You can still rally your friends and family through team fundraising and choose from our classic race options: the 5K, 1 Mile, and the fan-favorite Dash for Down Syndrome.

We’re moving to a vibrant new venue at Cauley Creek Park in Johns Creek, with a special 2pm start time and an all-new festival-style event format. Enjoy food trucks, music, and a high-energy celebration honoring individuals with Down syndrome and the community that champions them.
