30 years of serving and running alongside the Hamilton Community!
We are so excited to share this milestone with all of our valued customers that have supported us over the years. Whether you're a long time supporter or just discovering the sport, we want to thank you for your business.
Please join us for this very special 30km relay taking place at the Hamilton Waterfront. This will be a 6x 5km relay event designed to bring our community together in the spirit that has defined the Runner's Den for the past three decades.

6x 5km Relay - Teams may consist of 1-6 participants, each participant must register as an individual and add themselves to their team

Event Information
A 6x 5km Relay (30km) - Get your team together! Teams may consist of 1-6 participants. Each team member will run a 5km loop starting and finishing at Leander Boat Club. You will then pass off a baton of your choosing to the next member of your team to complete the next loop. Your event will finish when you team reaches the finish line after 6 loops of the course.
Start time: 9:00am
Location: Leander Boat Club: 50 Leander Drive, Hamilton
Awards and Celebration to follow beginning at 12:00pm
Join us after the event for food and drinks while we recognize our teams in the following areas:
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall time based on chip time
- 1st overall Masters team (Combined age of 220 or greater)
- Best Dressed
- Most Creative Baton
- Best Team Name
- Most Colourful Crew
- Throwback Champs -Oldest Piece of Runner's Den Apparel (Judged by our Founders Gord & Ester Pauls)

Parking
Parking for this event will be off of Guise Street where available. Please note: the parking lot at 50 Leander Drive will not be available to participants for the event. Please be sure to abide by local by-laws when selecting your parking space.
