Help Ann raise money

I invite you to join me in supporting the very meaningful cause of mental health. Men in particular account for 75-80% of all suicides because society discourages them from expressing vulnerability or seeking help. They often mask distress in order not to appear "weak" or be stigmatized.

Last year was the inaugural year of Mikey's Run, which was established in memory of Mike, a very bright light who struggled silently and was gone before his wife, or his best friend, or anyone else had any inkling of his internal struggles. This inaugural event raised and donated $100,000 to HeadsUpGuys, a leading men's mental health site.

This year, please join me in donating to the newly created Mikey's Legacy Foundation, with all donations going to registered, mental health charities. I’m proud to be participating and it would mean a lot to me if you’d consider contributing. Every single donation — big or small — helps move the cause forward and supports the people who need it most. Let us break the silence, one step at a time, and answer the call to action.

All donations will go to Mike's Legacy Foundation for registered mental health organizations. Tax receipts if requested by the donor will be issued for donations of $100 or more once Mikey's Legacy Foundation receives charitable status.
