Monday, February 16 — Registration Opens
Sign up as an individual or join a team to get started!
Wednesday, April 15 — Last Day to Add Mailed‑Shirt Option
Want your race shirt delivered? Be sure to add the $9 shipping fee during registration.
Friday, April 17 — Online Registration Closes
You can still register on race day; however, requested t‑shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed.
Monday, April 20 — Wall of Honor Submission Deadline
Submit a photo and short message if you’d like your loved one featured on the Wall of Honor at Donor Dash.
Friday, April 24 — Early Packet Pick‑Up
Pick up your race shirt and materials at the Pumphouse between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
Team captains may collect packets for their entire team.
Saturday, April 25 — Event Day!
Arrive early at the Pumphouse to pick up your packets and get ready for the 5K.
The pre‑race program begins promptly at 8:30 AM.

Prefer to complete the Wyoming Donor Dash from the comfort of home? We’ve got you covered! Track your 5K walk or run using the RaceKeeper app and take part from anywhere.
If you’d like your race shirt mailed to you, simply add the $9 shipping option during registration. Otherwise, your race packet will be available for pick‑up on event day.
