The Gate River Run Post Race Celebration will be held at Jacksonville Shipyard (new location for this year) right after the finish of the 5K and 15K events on March 7th from 8:30 AM until Noon. We expect 18,000 participants along with their friends and family to attend. Tents or tent spaces are available for rent in either the Vendor Area or a private tent in the Runners Village. Please complete the registration form (this is listed as free, but you must select a product (tent or space) and make payment to make your reservation.

Runners' Expo Facts
1. The River Run Post-Race Celebration is held at the Jacksonville Shipyards, next to the start and finish. 724 East Bay Street.
2. 20,000+ visitors are expected between the hours of 8:30 AM and Noon.
3. Live music and awards ceremony are held in this area.
4. Vendor tents and spaces are available for rental in the main post-race area in front of the stage.
5. Team tents and spaces for gathering before and after the race are available in the Runners' Village next to the main post-race area.

Vendor Parking - A small parking area will be located next to the vendor tent area. You will need a vehicle access pass to get to this area. All vehicles in this area have to be parked by 6:00 AM on race date. Access is available by driving up to the starting line on Bay Street and turning into the lot just in front of the Start line. Vendor tents can also be set up on Friday, March 6th from 1 PM until 5 PM. You will still need the access pass.
Runners' Village Parking - One car per tent or space rental will be allowed to park behind your rented tent or space. All vehicles in this area have to be parked by 6:00 AM on race date. Access is available by driving up to the starting line on Bay Street and turning into the lot just in front of the Start line.
