The Sweaty Pig is back! The 2026 event will be a hybrid event featuring both an in-person race and virtual race options.

Come get your sweat on with a 5K or 1-Mile Fun Run, or join us virtually in a 1-Mile, 5K, or 10K, there’s something for everyone! We also offer a free Little Piggy 50-Yard Dash for our youngest runners. Every registration supports Unlimited Play’s mission to build inclusive playgrounds where children of all abilities can play side by side and families can enjoy the freedom of play together.

For this virtual run, you get to choose the race course and start time! Run around your neighborhood, a nearby park or your favorite Unlimited Play playground. All you have to do is complete your run or walk between Friday, June 19 and Sunday, June 21. Then, upload your time to be recognized for this accomplishment with all of our virtual runners! (Virtual results instructions will be emailed on race week)

The Sweaty Pig is an annual fundraiser for Unlimited Play, a St. Louis-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Results are managed by Start 2 Finish St. Louis.

Little Piggy Dash

Children ages 5 and under can join in on the fun, too! Register for the FREE Piglet Dash, and your child will receive a soft plastic pig nose and youth T-shirt to wear on race weekend. All you have to do is register!

Packet Pickup Information

In-person runners may pick up race packets during pre-race packet pickup or on race day. Pre-race packet pickup will take place at Lake Saint Louis City Hall (200 Civic Center Drive) on Friday, June 19 from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Race day packet pickup will be available at Zachary’s Playground from 7:00 AM–7:45 AM.

Virtual runners may choose packet pickup or packet shipping, regardless of distance from the event. Virtual runners selecting pickup may use pre-race or race-day pickup at no additional cost. Virtual runners selecting shipping will have packets mailed after the in-person event for an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees apply to all shipped packets, even for local participants. Shipping is available within the continental U.S.; additional fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

Awards Info

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers in the In-Person 5K. Awards will also be given to the top 3 males and females in the following age groups (In-person 5K only):

10u, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over

Virtual Results - Times can be submitted for the Virtual races from June 19th through June 21st, with results becoming official on June 22nd. No awards will be given to virtual runners, but we will still show times and rankings. Instructions on how to record your time will be sent on race week.
