My Story…
Greetings Team Wallenswine Supporters,
This year, our team is proud to take part in the 2026 Hog Jog in support of the Emily Murphy Centre, a Stratford-based organization that provides safety, shelter, and hope to women and children experiencing violence.
The Emily Murphy Centre offers much more than emergency housing. It provides compassionate support through counselling, advocacy, and outreach programs that help women and children rebuild their lives during some of their most difficult moments. Funds raised through the 2026 Hog Jog will directly support the installation of five donated tiny homes an incredible project that will expand the Centre’s ability to provide safe housing for families fleeing dangerous and life-threatening situations. These funds will help cover critical infrastructure costs, such as utility connections, so these homes can become secure, welcoming places of refuge.
For families facing crisis, having a safe place to go can make all the difference. Your support will help create that safety and give more women and children the chance to begin again with dignity, care, and hope.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and for standing behind this important local cause. Your support truly makes a meaningful difference.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Linda
