Setting Up Course
6:00 am Marking of the course – done morning of the race. Race starts at 7:30 am.
Mark the course at 6:00 am (1 volunteer)
Post event Clean Up/Take Down
After the awards, help take down tents and tables, and clean up after the event. Collect garbage bags and put in designated area for event organizers to remove. (4 volunteers)
9:30 - Report to one of the race directors, Connor, Natasha, or Cindy for day of event instructions.
Post Event Food Station
Food event volunteers - This is a big one! Manning food tent for post event race and the volunteers.
You will be helping hand out and restock food (6 volunteers)
7:15 am - check in at volunteer table
The volunteer check in person will check you in and will connect you to the aid station leader for more instructions. lead/directors.
Race Package Pick Up - July 1st
6:00 am - Check in at volunteer check in table.

Course Marshal Coordinator
Course Marshal coordinator – course marshal will assign course marshals to their post. He/she will meet with the course marshal volunteers at 7:00 am at the volunteer check in table and will hand out visi vests and take them to their respective posts. (1 volunteer)
Course Marshals
6:55 am check in at volunteer table. The course marshal coordinator will hand out the visi vest and give course marshal instructions including directions to the posts. (4 volunteers)
Hydration Station
6:45 am - Check in at volunteer check in table.
The volunteer check in person will check you in and will connect you to the aid station leader for more instructions. lead/directors. (6 volunteers)
Responsibility
Set - up aid station - table, fill cups with water/electrolytes drink, and hand out to runners.
Take - down aid station and clean up any garbage.

KIDS Check In/Registration
Kids Race starts at approximately 8:15 am
7:45 am - Check in at volunteer table for instructions for the kids race and for the race numbers. (2 volunteers)
Kids Race - Rabbits
UBCO Heat runners do a warm up and lead the kids' race. (2 volunteers...could be more)
Finish Line Chute
7:15 am - check in at volunteer table.
Race Starts at 7:30
Volunteers help runners at the finish line and hand out swag and direct runners to post event food/hydration tables These volunteers help for the 7:30am 5K race as well as for the 8:15am Kids Run. (4 volunteers.)
