The Wings Space Race 5K invites you to push past your limits and chase the stars into an experience that’s truly out of this world! Join us for an all-ages run and walk benefiting Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum. This space-themed event invites participants of all fitness levels—whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or a tiny astronaut in training—to come together in support of aviation and space exploration education.
We promise a community atmosphere that celebrates curiosity, innovation, and movement. Costumes are encouraged, so suit up as an astronaut, alien, or space explorer and make your run even more memorable!
Every step you take helps support Wings Over the Rockies’ mission to inspire and educate future generations through aviation and space programs. Whether you’re chasing a new personal best or simply enjoying the journey, this is a race where everyone can reach for the stars.

Avoid any issues with your final system checks prior to launch by picking up your race materials in advance!
Join us at Fleet Feet Cherry Creek on Saturday, May 9th, between 11AM & 2PM.
Fleet Feet is located inside Cherry Creek Mall (3000 E. 1st Ave., #112, Denver, CO 80206) - it can be accessed from inside the mall or by an exterior entrance at the southeast side of the mall, just off the Cherry Creek Trail. You can park in the East or West Parking garage, the store is on the ground floor. Fleet Feet will validate parking so stay and shop for some new shoes, or a great space worthy outfit for race day!
