Help Leah Teri raise money

Those who know me know that migraine disease has short-circuited my life for more than 20 years. Even with the best medicine, I endure debilitating headaches eight out every nine days, and that I have tried every drug category and class under the two most prominent headache specialists in the area. And that I constantly keep up with the science of migraines, both medications and non-pharmacological options. 

I am participating in Miles for Migraine to support their missions, which include sponsoring fellowships for doctors interested in the headache specialty, educating migraineurs and their families and colleagues about living with the disease, and (finally) funding research into the latest scientific breakthroughs. In addition, participating provides me with a community of those who experience migraine and from whom I can learn coping and therapeutic skills. 

I participate for my daughter, who gets migraines as well. May science find a cure in time for her!
