My Story…
For as long as I can remember, migraine disease has been a part of my life. It’s much more than “just a headache.” It’s a neurological disease that can impact every part of a person’s life—from work and relationships to everyday moments that many people take for granted.
There are days when I have to push through the pain, adjust my plans, or simply slow down. While I’m fortunate that I’m able to keep moving forward on many days, I know that isn’t the reality for everyone living with migraine disease. Many people are forced to miss work, school, family events, and the moments that matter most because of the debilitating symptoms they experience.
That’s why I’m participating in these races. Every mile I run represents resilience, hope, and the millions of people who are living with migraine disease every single day. These races are about so much more than crossing a finish line—they’re about standing up for a community that deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.
I’m running to raise awareness, advocate for more research, and help fund better treatments—and one day, a cure. No one should have to put their life on hold because of migraine disease.
Today, I’m asking for your support. Help me show up for those who can’t. Help me give a voice to those whose pain is often invisible. Whether you choose to donate, share my fundraiser, or simply help spread awareness, every act of support makes a difference.
Together, we can create a future where everyone living with migraine disease has the opportunity to live their life to the fullest.
Thank you for believing in this cause and for being part of this journey with me. Every mile I run is for all of us.
