Countdown to event
Atlanta’s most paws-itively fun Halloween tradition returns!
Join us on Saturday, October 24, at Grant Park for a morning of costumes, community, and Halloween fun benefiting LifeLine Animal Project.
Whether you’re racing for a new personal best, showing off your dog’s costume, or just coming for the atmosphere, Spooky Pooch is designed for everyone.
This year’s Spooky Pooch has a little extra Boston Terrier energy. Known for their tuxedo-like markings, expressive faces, and big personalities, Boston Terriers are small, mighty, and full of Halloween spirit. Race participants will receive an event T-shirt and finisher medal featuring a caped Boston Terrier.
Last year’s event sold out, so don’t wait to reserve your spot.
Not Running? Join Us Anyway!
Spooky Pooch is more than a race. Bring your friends, cheer on participants, enjoy the festivities, and spend the morning celebrating dogs and the people who love them.
Spooky Pooch features:
- Timed 5K (ages 8+ only)
- 1 Mile Fun Run (all ages)
- Virtual Participation Option
- Costume Contests (for humans & pets!)
- Awards + Prizes for top finishers
- Vendor Village
- Music & Entertainment in the post-race village
All proceeds benefit LifeLine Animal Project, helping us keep pets and families together while saving the lives of thousands of homeless animals across Atlanta.
