Help JESSICA raise money

Hi Friends!

On July 11th I am running  the 30th Anniversary Meaford Hospital 5k to raise funds for the Meaford Hospital Emergency Department...something that our growing community relies on every single day.

Most of us, or someone in our family, has needed the ER at some point. So I thought of a simple way to give back.

I'm asking friends to sponsor me for $20 for each ER visit you or your family has had over the past 5 years.

That may be $20, $40, $60...or, if you've been lucky enough not to need the ER please give $20 to ensure it's there when someone does.

This race is celebrating 30 years of supporting our local Hospital, and I'd like to do my small part to help keep this essential service strong.

If you'd like to sponsor me and support my run and our Hospital, I'd be grateful. 

And please come out on race day to cheer me on (it might help me cross the finish line a bit faster)...better yet, register and run with me!
