Get ready for the wildest mile you’ll ever run — and all for an incredible cause! We’re thrilled to announce that all proceeds from the Beer Mile benefit Ainsley’s Angels of Greater New Orleans, a nonprofit championing inclusion and mobility for individuals with disabilities.
Led by the dedicated duo Jennifer and Ryan Cardinal, this local chapter changes lives one race at a time — and now you can be part of the movement in the most fun (and slightly fizzy) way possible.
🍺 So What’s a Beer Mile?
Chug a 12 oz beer at the start line 🍺
Run 1/4 mile 🏃♀️
Repeat 4 times — for a total of 1 mile + 4 beers
Puke penalty: Add a 1/4-mile penalty lap 🚨
