Join Central Albertans of all ages and abilities at the Red Deer & Community Sun Run and turn every step into meaningful impact for Aspire Child Development Centre.

Distances for everyone:

  • 5 km - test your pace
  • 3 km - perfect for teams
  • 1 km - family-friendly and accessible

Special features:

  • TNT Teen Run - teens are leading the way and bringing their community together
  • Bubble Runs - 100 m & 500 m for the littlest participants
  • Family-friendly activities & BBQ - celebrate together


Come out to the Sun Run to have fun, support local children and families, and celebrate what makes our community special. Together, we can make Central Alberta a stronger and more welcoming place for all.

12:00 PM - 500 m Bubble Run (ages 4-5)

3:00 PM - Event wrap-up
