Race Entry Pack Collection
- Participants are required to present a valid identification document (ID/Passport) during race entry pack collection.
- Participants are strongly encouraged to collect their race entry pack in advance at the XTEP Mid Valley Megamall store to avoid delays on event day.
- For store collection at XTEP, participants must select this option during the registration process. Walk-in collections will not be permitted.
- Limited collection slots are available each day at XTEP Mid Valley Megamall. If your preferred date is fully booked, please select an alternative available date.
- Participants who select a specific collection date at the XTEP store must adhere strictly to the selected date. No changes, rescheduling, or alternative collection arrangements will be allowed.
- Participants who choose to collect their race entry pack on event morning should expect longer waiting times, as queues may form at the venue.
- No alternative collection arrangements will be provided outside of the stated dates and times. Race entitlements will be forfeited if they are not collected by 7:30AM on event day.
Top Winners Cash Prizes
- The Open Category is open to all runners regardless of nationality.
- The Closed Category is reserved for Malaysian citizens only(proof of identification may be required for verification).
- Participants will only be eligible to win prizes in one (1) category. Winners of the Open Category will not be eligible for prizes under the Closed Category, and vice versa.
- Winners’ timings will be based on Gun Time. All prize results are subject to verification by the Organiser, and the Organiser’s decision is final.
- The prize presentation is scheduled at 8.30am. All winners are required to be present for verification by 8.25am at the stage area.
