The course cutoff for all participants will be 7:00pm.
The 5K course showcases the variety and character of Kanuga’s trail system. Runners will experience a blend of smooth single-track, wider trail sections, forest roads and paved sections, creating a dynamic but accessible trail race. The course is designed to feel welcoming to road runners trying trail running for the first time, while remaining engaging and interesting for experienced trail runners.

- Single-loop course
- Mix of single-track and double-track trail, forest road, and paved sections
- Gentle elevation gain and loss
- Scenic, shaded, and approachable
Water Station | A water station will be available twice along the course, at approximately Mile 1.5 and again at Mile 2.8. Water and Gatorade will be provided at both locations.
Restrooms | Portable restrooms will be available in the Inn parking lot for all participants and spectators. Please plan accordingly and allow yourself plenty of time before the race start.
Dog friendly? Dogs are not permitted due to trail congestion and safety considerations
