The course cutoff for all participants will be 6:45pm.
The 5K course showcases the variety and character of Kanuga’s trail system. Runners will experience a blend of smooth single-track, wider trail sections, forest roads and paved sections, creating a dynamic but accessible trail race. The course is designed to feel welcoming to road runners trying trail running for the first time, while remaining engaging and interesting for experienced trail runners.

- Gentle elevation gain and loss
- Scenic, shaded, and approachable
Dog friendly? Dogs are not permitted due to trail congestion and safety considerations
