Lifeline South Coast is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting people experiencing emotional distress, crisis, and mental health challenges across the Illawarra and South Coast region. We exist so that no one needs to face their darkest days alone.

We provide crisis support, suicide prevention services, and community programs that promote mental well-being. Donations and fundraising efforts directly help us deliver life-saving services, support vulnerable community members, and expand our outreach programs.
