5K Tutu Run Registration Check-In : 6:30am - 9:30am (6 positions available)
Volunteers at these positions will help with checking in runners for the 5K Tutu Run. This includes either runners who have pre-registered online or runners registering for the race on-site. You will be giving them their runner bibs and event t-shirts at the time of check in as well. This position will also help with setup and breakdown of the registration area.
SparkleGear Merchandise Booth: Shift 1 - 6:45am - 10:15am (2 positions available)
This position is to help work the Sydney Craven Memorial Fund merchandise table before and during the event. First shift will be asked to help setup the booth. You will be required to handle cash sales and verify venmo sales. You may sign up for both Shift 1 and Shift 2 if you would like!
SparkleGear Merchandise Booth: Shift 2 - 10:00am - 12:30pm (2 positions available)
This position is to help work at the Sydney Craven Memorial Fund merchandise table during and after the event. You will be required to handle cash sales and verify Venmo sales. Second shift will be asked to help breakdown the booth at the conclusion of the event. You may sign up for both Shift 1 and Shift 2 if you would like!
Saturday Morning Event Set-Up: 6:00am - 8:30am (8 positions available)
Volunteers at this position will be asked to assist with setting up pop-up tents, carrying and setting up tables and chairs, and helping move supplies from the storage truck to the stations they need to go on the event grounds.
5K Tutu Run Finish Line Attendants: 7:30am - 10:30am (4 positions available)
Finish line volunteers will be asked to help setup the finish line replenishment area including tables and coolers with refreshments as well as handing out finisher medals to participants after crossing the finish line. You will also break down and cleanup the area after all race participants have crossed the finish line.
Concession Stand Attendant: Shift 1 - 8:00am - 10:15am (2 positions available)
Shift 1 concession stand volunteers will be asked to set up the concession stand tables area which will be drinks, assorted snacks, popcorn machine, and cotton candy machine. You will be in charge of making the popcorn and cotton candy. This position also requires cash handling and venmo sales. You may sign up for Shift 1 and Shift 2 for the concession stand if you would like!
Concession Stand Attendant: Shift 2 - 10:00am - 12:30pm (2 positions available)
Shift 2 concession stand volunteers will be in charge of selling concession items as well as making the popcorn and cotton candy. This position also requires cash handling and venmo sales. Shift 2 attendants will also be in charge of breaking down the station and cleaning the area at the end of the event. You may sign up for Shift 1 and Shift 2 for the concession stand if you would like!
5K Tutu Run Race Route Water Station: Table 1 - 8:15am - 9:45am (2 positions available)
There will be 2 water stops along the 5K race route for the runners. Table 1 will be the first table the runners pass. There will be a table delivered to the location and you will be asked to set it up with cups of water for the runners to take as they pass and then break down the table and clean up at the end of your shift. Someone will come to the station to pick up the table and trash bags.

There will be 2 water stops along the 5K race route for the runners. Table 2 will be the second table the runners pass. There will be a table delivered to the location, and you will be asked to set it up with cups of water for the runners to take as they pass and then break down the table and clean up at the end of your shift. Someone will come to the station to pick up the table and trash bags.
Trackless Train Attendant: 8:45am - 11:45am (1 position available)
This volunteer will be in charge of making sure kids are getting on and off of the train ride safely and that they are buckled in correctly.
Carnival Game Attendants: 9:00am - 12:00pm (3 positions available)
Carnival game attendants will be tasked with setting up the carnival games and supervising play during the event. There will also be small prizes to give out to the kids playing the game. You will also be asked to breakdown the games and clean up at the end of the event.
Event Breakdown Crew: 11:15am - 1:00pm (8 positions available)
The event breakdown crew will be in charge of breaking down tents, tables, chairs and event supplies as the event wraps up. You will also be asked to help taking trash bags to the dumpster and making sure the field is cleared of all debris and event supplies.
Friday Night Event Set-Up: 6:00pm - 8:00pm (6 positions available)
Volunteers at this position will be asked to assist with setting up pop-up tents, carrying and setting up tables and chairs, and helping move supplies from the storage truck to the stations they need to go on the event grounds as needed.
