Callahan and a growing team of family and friends will take on the 2K Family Ride at the Grey Highlands Gran Fondo. At two years old, Callahan is already proving to be a strategic thinker. Rather than riding himself, he has negotiated a position in a bike trailer where he can enjoy the scenery, wave to fellow riders, and leave all of the hard work to Mom. Their family's connection to local healthcare is personal, as Callahan was born at a Brightshores hospital. They are riding to celebrate the communities that support healthcare close to home and to help ensure strong local care remains available for families across the region. While Callahan's primary responsibilities on ride day include snacking and morale support, the whole team is proud to be riding for a cause that touches so many lives.
