My Story…

I'm cheering for a Canada free from human trafficking!

I have been fundraising with Joy in Action since 2021 because I believe Canadian girls, boys, and women can learn about the dangers of being lured into human trafficking, the signs to be aware of and how to prevent it from occurring in their family or community.

I am supporting the Joy Smith Foundation in their work to raise awareness and most importantly, rescue and support survivors as they rebuild their lives. The Foundation provides free prevention education, as well as intervention and prevention programs to help survivors - this is where the funds I am raising will go!

I will be walking in support of Joy in Action on September 19th!
