Hi friends and family,
Many of you know I’ve lived with chronic migraines since I was 15. They aren’t just headaches — they’re a neurological disease that impacts every part of life.
Last year, I started a team for Miles for Migraine, Walk the Ache Away to support migraine research, education, and advocacy. I’m proud to be doing it again this year and hope to grow my team even bigger.
