RELAY: Championship distance (1.5k swim, 25.2k mountain bike, 10k trail run) divided between 2 or 3 athletes. One discipline each. No relay option available for Sprint distance.

TEAM CHALLENGE — RELAY TEAMS
- All team members register and pay individually.
- Team captains register first and create the team name. After the team is created, each additional member registers and pays individually by either using the captain’s unique team link or selecting the team from the drop-down list during registration.
- Note: team registration is not complete until ALL members have registered and paid.
EVENT INSURANCE
Triathlon BC insurance is required and is not included in the registration fee. The following fees apply at checkout:
- Championship & Sprint: $15.50
- Relay: $10.50
- Kids: $5.50
TriBC members will be asked to enter their 2026 membership ID# and select the appropriate radio button, which will apply a credit for the insurance fee during checkout.
Membership numbers will be validated with TriBC prior to the event.

There are absolutely no refunds, deferrals, or credits issued by ENDURANCE SPECIFIC EVENTS (Whistler X Tri, The Pemby Pounder Trail Run, Run Comfy Numb Trail Race) if you cancel your entry for any reason. Please don’t Ask.
You cannot defer your race entry to a future year.
You CAN transfer your entry to another person via the transfer link on the registration page (link). There will be a $5 admin fee. Transfers MUST be done by midnight Sept 9th.
There are no waitlists.
You can move down in distance until midnight Sept 10.
No credit or refund for the difference in price if you decide to move down in distance.
You can move up a distance until midnight Sept 10.
If you want to move up in distance you will have to pay the price difference at the current registration rate.
Refunds can ONLY be processed for anyone who selects the optional Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program. You will have an option to refund through Protecht. Details here.

Endurance Specific Events reserves the right to cancel Whistler X Tri or change the route on short notice due to fire bans/fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons with no reimbursement to the participant.
In the case of event cancellation by Endurance Specific Events, no refunds will be available.
For cancellations more than 2 months before the event, entries will be transferred to the next available date that the event is able to operate.
If canceled less than 2 months before the event, transfers may not be offered.
Mid-race cancellations are not eligible for race credit, transfer or refunds due to the high cost of organizing these kinds of events.
