Registration closes on May 29, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. E.S.T Event day registration will not be permitted.
Our event embraces a non-competitive atmosphere, opting out of chip timing in favour of celebrating personal achievements. Whether you walk, jog, or run, honour your body's pace and complete whatever distance feels right for you. It's about the journey! Please note that our event offers a 5km route.
What to Expect:
The event is all about community - you can expect to see old friends, meet your online endo allies in real life, make memories and directly support vital programs offered by The Endometriosis Network Canada.
Registration for this year's event has exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful for the incredible response. As a result, run kits may be limited and will be available while supplies last. We appreciate your understanding and encourage participants to arrive early for check-in. You can also decline your kit at check-in if you choose to.
Please plan accordingly and arrive with enough time to park your vehicle, walk to the event site and check-in at event headquarters.
Please bring reusable water bottles so we can preserve the beauty of Wascana Park and limit plastic bottle use on its grounds.
How to Prepare
Sun Protection:
Wear sunscreen with at least SPF 30.
Bring a hat and sunglasses to shield yourself from the sun.
Consider wearing lightweight, long-sleeved clothing for additional protection.
Dress Comfortably:
Choose comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking and standing.
Check the weather forecast and dress accordingly – layers are always a good idea!
Stay Hydrated:
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay refreshed and energized.
Have Fun:
Explore the park and make the most of your day.
Don't hesitate to ask our friendly volunteers if you have any questions or need assistance.
Additional Tips:
Registrants should use the Pine Island Entrance on Lakeshore Drive. This parking area will be barricaded off as it is reserved for the event. There will be balloons attached to the Entrance Sign and a yard sign indicating “Run to End Endo®”.
Arrive early to allow time to find parking and walk to the event headquarters.
Bathrooms are available nearby.
Dogs are welcome at the park, but must be leashed at all times.
We can't wait to see you at The Endo Network’s Run To End Endo® in Regina!
