Team GoodbyeEndo is back for another amazing year at the Endo Network Canada's Run to End Endo! I'm so excited to be leading this team again, it is one of my favourite times of year, and I am always in awe of people's generosity. Remember, even if moving is challenging for you and you don't want to run or walk, you're more than welcome to attend and hang out with other Endo warriors and allies during the event. This event is for EVERYONE! 

Endo has ruled much of my early adult life, and my battle with Adenomyosis ended in the toughest way. Despite being cured of Adeno, and in remission from Endometriosis for now, I am NOT done fighting for progress within the Endometriosis community, and I never will be. We have come so far, and have a long way to go. I am so happy to see little bits of change each year, at least since I got formally diagnosed in 2018, but I know that there is so much change that needs to happen to ensure those with Endo don't have to suffer the long wait times and experience the painful, often life-altering journey that so many of us have had to take.
