2026 Run 4 Your Cause
Support a partnering organization of your choice by running, walking, or wheeling 3.3K or 5K.
Your $25 donation is donated directly to them!

Try 3.3K
Choose beautiful scenery through the Assiniboine Forest with the Try 3.3K. Strollers are permitted on the course for the 3.3K distance!
Awesome Twosome 5K
To be paired with another runner, choose a team name, and then you and your partner register under that name!
You and your partner each run/walk/wheel a 5k distance in opposite directions! Give a high five as you pass each other along the way!
If you don’t have a partner for the Awesome Twosome, MRA will pair you up with another participant. (What a great way to meet new people in your running community!)

Choose from one of several options, available for pick-up immediately after you complete your race:
- 1 of 6 beautiful hand-crafted art medals. (Complete your set if you've participated in R4YC before!)

- Opt out of a medal and instead donate $10 of your entry fee to your Cause.

RECOGNITION
Awesome Twosome 5K:
This event is unique in that you have a partner! Age groups are determined by adding your ages together, and awards are based on your combined time. Run 4 Your Cause will recognize top finishers in the following age categories: 25 & under, 26-69, 70-104, 105-139, 140 & over Men, Women & Mixed. Individual times will be recorded, but it's so much more fun to run as a team!
3.3K:
All participants receive an individual time and a medal of their choice! Run 4 Your Cause will recognize the top three finishers overall for men, women & non-binary.
