REGISTRATION & KIT CLAIMING
Q: After I have successfully registered for the event, can I change my event category?
A: No. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Q: Should I choose not to take part after I’ve registered for the event, can I withdraw?
A: Yes. However, please note our withdrawal policy*.

Participants who choose not to take part in the event after registering may withdraw. However, there will be no registration fee refund. Race slots are strictly non-transferable.
Q: Is it possible to change the information I have provided after registration?
A: Yes. However, changes are limited to typographical errors, address, and contact numbers only.

Q: Is the online registration system secure?
A: Yes. We use a security system consistent with banking industry standards in the Philippines.
Please note: Registration with delivery entails extra costs: processing and web fees and delivery fees, on top of the published registration fees.
THE PHYSICAL RACE
Q: Where should I line up for the start of the race?
A: TBA. Please stay tuned to RUNRIO’s official Facebook and Instagram pages for announcements.
Q: Where can I leave my belongings?
A: Baggage deposit facilities will be made available. We recommend arriving earlier than your gun time to deposit your bags and avoid delays. You must deposit your baggage at the designated baggage deposit tents for your particular distance.
While maximum care and security will be enforced, the organizers will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to items or delays in retrieving bags.
We strongly advise that you do not leave any valuables in your bags. The race organizer and its sponsors will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
Q: What happens if I am injured along the race route?
A: Aid stations can be found along the race route. You may also alert route marshals or patrolling paramedics regarding your injury.
THE RACE ROUTE
Q: Will there be a cut-off time for the start of the race?
A: All categories have a start cut-off time of 15 minutes after each gun start. Runners who arrive later than 15 minutes after the gun start will no longer be allowed to start the race for safety and security reasons.
To ensure the timely reopening of roads to normal traffic and help ensure runners’ safety, the race organizer will deploy an ambulance to pick up all remaining runners on the race route by the last cut-off time. By this time, all participants are encouraged to stop running and board the official vehicle. They will be taken directly to the finish venue.
Q: Will there be road closures and parking facilities at the start and finish line?
A: Yes, there will be road closures. Parts of the race route on event day will be closed to traffic. Please refer to the official road advisory in the race guide for specific closure timings.
PARTICIPANTS
Q: What if the EastWest Dream Run 2026 race singlet does not fit me? Can I still take part in the race? Can I exchange it for a different size?
A: You may have it replaced at the Information Tent during race day, as long as you haven’t worn the singlet and it is still in good condition. However, replacements are subject to availability.
Q: What drinks will be available?
A: Water will be available at hydration stations.
Q: Are walkers permitted to take part in EastWest Dream Run 2026?
A: Yes. However, if you choose to walk during the race, kindly keep to the right side of the route to allow faster competitors to pass.
Q: Will wheelchairs, bikes, skates, or strollers be allowed on the race route?
A: No. Equipment with built-in wheels, other than official vehicles, will not be allowed on the race course.
Q: What kind of finisher’s entitlement will I get after I complete the race?
A: All finishers will receive a medal, loot bag, and finisher’s towel. 21K finishers will also receive a limited-edition finisher’s shirt.
SUPPORTERS
Q: Will my family and friends be allowed to come support me at the event?
A: Yes, supporters are most welcome to cheer along the entire race route. Please remind them to be mindful not to block the path/route of participants and to observe proper crowd courtesy.
RACE AWARDS
Q: Where and when will the Award Presentation Ceremony be held?
A: The awarding will be held at the main stage in the race village.
CHANGING AREAS AND PORTALETS
Q: Will there be available changing areas on race day?
A: Yes, there will be changing areas and portalets inside the activity area.
DOG CATEGORY
Q: Can a dog run with two masters?
A: Yes, as long as the second master is registered in another category. Only the owner registered for the 1K Dog Category will receive finisher’s entitlements.
Q: Can my dogs run without a leash?
A: No. All dogs must be on a leash at all times.
