The King Turkey Day 5K & 10K Run is a beloved community tradition that brings runners of all levels together for a fun, energizing start to the day. Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply enjoying the festive atmosphere, this USATF-certified, professionally timed race delivers a high-quality experience from start to finish.
✨ What’s New This Year
- Updated 5K Route – A refreshed course designed to enhance the running experience and showcase more of the community
- Two Dedicated Cheer Zones – A space set up for family and friends to cheer you on and keep the energy high throughout the race
- New Race Day Check-In Location – Race day registration and packet pick-up will be conveniently located near the starting line at the corner of 7th Ave & 10th St
- Finisher Medals for All Participants – Every runner will receive a commemorative finisher medal to celebrate their accomplishment.
- SWAG Bag for Winners - instead of medals, a prize bag of goodies will be given out to the top three male & female finishers in each age bracket Check back later for photos

The 10K course is currently USATF certified; however, due to ongoing road construction, adjustments may be necessary. Any changes to the course would void the certification. A final decision on the course will be made approximately two weeks prior to race day
