On August 30th, 2025, you’re invited to join an inspiring group of people taking on the 4th annual North of 7 Challenge.
A 3-kilometer obstacle course in the naturally picturesque land North of Highway 7 in Cloyne, ON.
Participate in the 3k fun run, or challenge yourself with the signature ‘Endure’ challenge where you try to complete as many of the 3k loops as you can in 2 hours. There’s a special heat for kids (free with adult registration) and heavy challenge of the 3km loop with a 20lb sandbag.

The North of 7 OCR Challenge is a ~3km obstacle course in the naturally unspoiled Cloyne woodlands of 'Move Better Basecamp'. This heat includes mandatory obstacle completion. This means you get as many attempts as possible but must complete all obstacles to be eligible for prize money. This heat is currently scheduled for 9:00AM. (Race start times are subject to change closer to the event date.) This choice does not include the Under Armour Finisher t-shirt.

This is a fundraiser for University Hospitals Kingston Foundation - (KGH Pediatrics) This is a 2 or 4-person team Relay sponsored by Kick and Push Brewing Company. Drink a beer, run/walk 250m for a total of 1 km. (Teams of 4 will drink 1 beer and run 250m once. Team of 2 will drink 2 beers and run 500m) each)
