StrongHER is more than just a run. It’s a celebration of strength, community, and the incredible women in our lives.
And yes, everyone is welcome. Bring the men who support you, the kids in strollers, your best friends, your moms, and even your dogs. This is about community, connection, and lifting each other up.
All paces are welcome to run or walk in honour of International Women’s Day. This event is about showing up exactly as you are.
We’ll meet at the Harbour Landing Supplement King location, move together, and empower one another on the pathways before finishing at the store for post-run samples, connection, and an exclusive in-store discount for participants.
Expect good vibes, strong women, supportive community, and maybe even a few surprises.
