Raise money for Hamilton Brain Injury Association
The Hamilton Brain Injury Association (HBIA) was established in 1986 by stakeholders including persons with acquired brain injuries, family members, and community professionals to fill a need for peer support after acquired brain injury. Today, HBIA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing community stakeholders including individuals living with the effects of brain injury, service providers, educators, and professionals. HBIA is a community non-profit organization supporting people living with the effects of acquired brain injury. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for people in Hamilton, living with the effects of acquired brain injury through education, support, and advocacy. We are focused on providing a safe space for persons with brain injury and their families to connect, socialize and learn.
